The Agricultural Training Centre provides training in modern farming techniques and farm produce-based entrepreneurship to small farmers. The Krushimitra project offers support to farmers for group farming, finding markets for their produce, and more. Since 2019, we have also been working in rural Maharashtra to empower villages to become water-sufficient. Environmental conservation, soil preservation, and tree plantation initiatives have been undertaken by Snehalaya on our larger campuses where sufficient land is available. Snehalaya has primarily operated in Maharashtra, focusing on Ahmednagar, Pune, and Aurangabad.
Malpani Smriti Trust is committed to improving lives by creating sustainable community projects that promote well-being and inclusivity.
Our purpose is to create a vibrant community hub where individuals can access essential services, engage in recreational activities, and connect with nature.
We envision Malpani Smriti Trust as a model community that inspires positive change and fosters harmony, resilience, and innovation.
The primary objective of the project is to create a role model for sustainable rural and tribal development by providing livelihood opportunities.
Encouraging forestation and ecosystem conservation, while actively addressing challenges such as global warming.
Ensuring food and nutritional security, while preventing the degradation of natural resources, is essential to achieving our primary objective.
Addressing the low profitability issues faced by small and marginal farmers, as well as tribal communities, is key to our success.
Empowering farmers and rehabilitating families to improve their livelihoods and well-being.
Conserving wild plants, herbs, flowers, vegetables, and more through research conducted at the center.
